Welcome! I was drawn to counseling through my love of individuals and their ability to become their highest potential selves. I love to help others overcome present challenges and past trauma experiences. I value the ability to develop strong professional relationships with clients and desire to understand each individual’s emotional processes and healing.
I have obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use a combination of the Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Attachment theories. I work with a diverse clientele including different substance abuse, mental health, cultural, and financial areas. I see both adolescents and adults. I use a more directive and person-centered approach focusing on the client and their individual needs.
