I am a dedicated therapist with several years of experience working to help people of all ages overcome depression, anxiety, worry, and anger. I also have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, helping individuals navigate the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. With extensive experience in hospitals and women’s health settings, I blend clinical expertise with a holistic, person-centered approach to promote healing and well-being. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and holistic practices to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and life
transitions.
I also believe it is important to consider the mind-body connection, lifestyle factors, and emotional well-being of my clients. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
I also work with children ages 6-12, helping them develop coping skills for anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Therapies, and Art Therapy, I support my young clients in building self-awareness and emotional resilience to achieve more prosocial behaviors.
I received my Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho in 2020 and my certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Professional from Postpartum Support International in 2024. I look forward to assisting all those who come to see me.
